Julia is a Business and Executive Coach and Mentor, working with women starting or scaling their business or who are working in a corporate environment and want to be visible, valued and to make a difference.
Julia takes a holistic approach, combining energy work, Reiki, Seichem and Shamanic Healing within her coaching.
Julia started her career in Law but took a diversion along the way and became the Marketing Director for a multi-million-pound business.
Since then, Julia has owned and managed several successful businesses, both here and overseas with experience in everything from professional services to coffee merchants!.
In 2017, after returning from living in New Zealand, she started her own digital marketing agency, before selling this is 2021 to focus on her coaching business.
Julia Ngapo Business Coaching is a direct result of Julia’s own experiences in starting a business.
Julia supports you to create ease and flow in your business, to scale and grow and to identify the right time to do so, to ensure systems and processes are robust and that you have a clear idea of your values and goals, so you can grow a business you love to wake up to every day.
With corporate clients, Julia works with those new to leadership, or those looking to improve performance within their teams.
