About The Circle

SheLeads is thrilled to introduce “The Circle,” a transformative entrepreneur program generously supported and funded by The National Community Fund. This innovative initiative is designed to address the scarcity of positive women role models, especially within global majority communities, and to create a supportive network for young aspiring businesswomen.

At the heart of The Circle’s mission is the provision of comprehensive training and workshops, both online and in-person, aimed at boosting confidence and leadership skills. With a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, the program offers guidance and mentorship on topics identified by participants, ensuring a tailored and impactful experience. Women involved in The Circle will be connected to vital networks, role models, and mentors, breaking down barriers and providing pathways to success.

Key Features of The Circle

1. SPOTLIGHT Recognition: The program features regular online SPOTLIGHT sessions, where women’s contributions are recognised and celebrated. This ongoing acknowledgment keeps participants connected and motivated on their entrepreneurial journey.

2. Inclusivity and Accessibility: Prioritising accessible and culturally sensitive venues, The Circle welcomes women from diverse backgrounds, including BAME communities, refugees, asylum seekers, and underrepresented groups.

3. Legacy of Leadership: The Circle Champions, individuals empowered through the program, will lead and mentor others, creating a ripple effect of positive change and developing women leaders in our community.

The Circle is poised to make a significant impact in Bolton, offering a platform for women to connect, learn, share, and lead. The initiative will employ various strategies, including social media campaigns, community outreach, local media partnerships, and word-of-mouth, to raise awareness about The Circle.

To ensure continuous improvement, The Circle values feedback and regular communication with community members, ensuring the project evolves to meet the ever-changing needs and aspirations of the women it serves.

This program is more than just a series of workshops; it is a movement that unites communities, builds relationships, and empowers women to become active leaders, breaking free from culturally defined roles.
